How the score works: each answer scores 0–10 (10 = no leak). Score = sum ÷ 100 × 100. Estimated leads lost per month = your monthly enquiries × (100 − score) ÷ 100 × 0.6 — because, in our experience, about 60% of a leak is recoverable with owned follow-up. The formula is deliberately simple and shown here so you can argue with it.
