Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and CoWorkRM, registered in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("CoWorkRM", "we", "us"). They apply when you use coworkrm.com, app.coworkrm.com, the CoWorkRM mobile apps or our APIs (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
1. The Service
CoWorkRM is software for running a coworking or managed-office business. It covers leads, WhatsApp, phone calls, members and billing, visitors, bookings, staff and marketing. Features depend on your plan. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove something important to your plan, we will give you reasonable notice.
2. Your account
- You must be 18 or older and authorised to bind your business.
- Keep login details secret. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your staff do with the access you give them.
- Give us accurate account and billing details, and keep them up to date.
3. Plans, trial and payment
- New accounts may start with a free trial. When it ends, the Service continues only on a paid plan.
- Fees are charged in advance for each billing period (monthly or annual), per location, at the prices shown when you subscribe, plus GST.
- Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
- Some costs are charged by usage, as shown on our pricing page, and are separate from the plan:
- WhatsApp conversation charges set by Meta
- telephony minutes and numbers
- SMS
- If a payment fails, we may suspend the account after notice until it is paid.
- Refunds follow our Refund Policy.
4. Your data
Data you put into CoWorkRM stays yours. You give us permission to host, process and back it up only to provide the Service. You can export it at any time. You confirm that you have the right and the consent to store the personal data of your members, visitors, leads and staff, and to message and call them through the Service. How we handle data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- send spam or messages people did not agree to receive
- break WhatsApp, Meta or telecom rules, including India's DLT and TRAI rules
- break any law
- infringe anyone's rights
- upload malware
- probe or overload our systems
- resell the Service without our written agreement
We may suspend accounts that put the Service, our telephony and WhatsApp numbers, or other customers at risk.
6. Third-party services
Some features depend on services we do not control, such as WhatsApp (Meta), Google, payment gateways, telecom operators and your own PBX. Their own terms apply to them. We are not responsible for their outages, decisions or charges. For example, we are not responsible if Meta restricts a WhatsApp number or rejects a template.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available at all times. We may need short maintenance windows and will try to schedule them outside Indian business hours. Support is available on WhatsApp and email, 10:00–19:00 IST on working days.
8. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to us. The Service runs until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed after that.
We may end or suspend the Service if you seriously break these terms or do not pay. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the problem first.
After the account closes, you have 30 days to export your data. After that it is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
We provide the Service "as is", with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost revenue or lost data you could have exported
- our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in those 12 months
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Indemnity
You will cover our reasonable losses from claims that arise because:
- you broke these terms
- you misused the Service
- you stored or messaged personal data without the right to do so
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we will tell account owners at least 15 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Before going to court, both sides will first try in good faith to settle the dispute by talking for 30 days.
